Refunds are available for point purchases under the following conditions: 

The refund request is made within 10 days of the original purchase date. 

The points have not been used or redeemed.

In cases where only a portion of the purchased points has been used, we will offer a partial refund based on the unused points. 

 

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Purchases made over 180 days ago. 

Points that have been fully used or redeemed.
